Das Leiden des Rauensteiner Honigs

Wie ich sehr traurig war, als ich zu Hause sah, dass der gerade von der Post abgeholte Rauensteiner Honig vergossen war. Er hat schon die lange Reise gemacht: Rauenstein – Hamburg – Jakarta, musste aber in der Post Jakarta vergossen sein. Die unprofessionellen Beamten sind schuldig.

Meine Freundin Nicole war einfach so lieb, sie hat mir Honig und Schokoladen gesandt. Ich habe sie vorher schon erinnert, dass sie performa invoice fuer den Honig vorbereitet. Im Jahr 2005 hat mir Nicole Honig und eine Puppe gesandt. Die Post wollte mir damals das Paket nicht abgeben, bevor Nicole performa invoice fuer den Honig sendete. Dann gab Nicole die performa invoice heraus und die Post liess den Honig frei.

Aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrung von 2005 hat Nicole jetzt die Sendung gut vorbereitet. Nicht nur das Erstellen der performa invoice, erkundigte sich auch Nicole, ob es weitere Regeln noch gibt. Sie hat sogar mit der Indonesischen Botschaft Kontakt aufgenommen. Diese Botschaft gab leider keine Antwort.

Nicole wollte mir auch ein deutschsprachiges Buch ueber die Deutsche Grammatik schenken und senden. Leider musste Nicole die Sendung des Buchs zurueckziehen, da sie Information gefunden hat, dass sie sich vorher bei dem Indonesischen Ausbildungsministerium melden soll, um die Genehmigung zur Sendung des Buchs zu beantragen. Das ist ja kompliziert. Schade, Nicole hat das Buch schon gekauft.

Da es keine weitere Regel zur Sendung des Pakets gefunden wurde, dann sendete Nicole ruhig den Honig und die Schokoladen.

Derita Madu dari Rauenstein

Betapa sakit hatinya saya ketika saya saksikan di rumah bahwa madu kiriman dari Rauenstein yang baru saja diambil dari kantor pos ternyata tumpah. Madu itu sudah menempuh perjalanan yang sangat jauh: Rauenstein – Hamburg – Jakarta, tetapi harus tumpah di kantor pos Jakarta. Ini semua kesalahan para petugas yang tidak profesional.

Teman saya Nicole yang memang baik, telah menghadiahkan madu dan coklat. Sebelumnya saya sudah ingatkan dia agar menyiapkan performa invoice untuk pengiriman madu. Tahun 2005 Nicole pernah mengirim madu dan sebuah boneka pada saya. Kantor pos dulu tidak mau menyerahkan paket tersebut pada saya sebelum Nicole mengirim performa invoice sebagai pelengkap untuk pengiriman madu. Lalu Nicole membuat performa invoice dan kantor pospun membebaskan madu itu.

Berdasarkan pengalaman buruk tahun 2005 tersebut Nicole menyiapkan pengiriman kali ini dengan lebih hati-hati. Tidak hanya performa invoice, tetapi Nicole juga mencari informasi lebih jauh, apakah ada peraturan lainnya. Ia bahkan menghubungi Kedubes Indonesia. Sayangnya kedutaan tersebut tidak memberi jawaban.

Nicole juga ingin menghadiahkan saya sebuah buku Tata Bahasa Jerman dalam Bahasa Jerman dan akan mengirim buku ini sekaligus dengan madu dan coklat. Sayang Nicole harus membatalkan pengiriman buku tersebut karena ia menemukan informasi bahwa ia harus terlebih dahulu melapor pada Kementerian Pendidikan Indonesia untuk mendapat izin mengirimkan buku tersebut. Tentu saja ini sangat berat dan merepotkan. Sayang, Nicole sudah terlanjur membeli buku itu.

Oleh karena tidak ditemukan peraturan lain untuk pengiriman paket, maka Nicole mengirim madu dan coklat tersebut.

The Suffering of the Honey from Rauenstein

I was so sad as I saw at home that the Rauenstein honey, which I just picked up from the post office, was spilt. The honey had already a long journey: Rauenstein – Hamburg – Jakarta, but it must be spilt in the post office Jakarta. The unprofessional clerks are wrong.

My friend Nicole was just so nice, she has sent me honey and chocolates. Before, I have reminded her to prepare the performa invoice for the honey. In 2005 Nicole has sent me honey and a doll. At that time the post office won’t give me the package before Nicole sent performa invoice for the honey. Then Nicole issued the performa invoice and the post office released the honey.

Based on the bad experience in 2005 Nicole prepared now the sending carefully. Not only the issue of the performa invoice, she also looked for more information whether there are still more regulations. She contacted the Indonesian Embassy. Unfortunately this embassy didn’t give any answer.

Nicole would also present and send me a book about the German grammar, which is written in German. Unfortunately Nicole must cancel the sending of the book, because she found information, that she should contact the Indonesian Ministry of Education before to get permit in sending that book. That is really complicated. What a pity, Nicole has bought the book.

Since there is no further regulation found in sending the package, then Nicole just sent the honey and the chocolates.
